Customer Service
Vanton Laboratory strives to promote the wellness of skin by delivering quality care products. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, the product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date. All products are valid for a refund or exchange as long as the product is minimally or non-used.  
To complete a return a customer may send us the product to the address listed below, along with the original packing slip, and mailing address for the refund. The customer is responsible for paying for any shipping fees for the return or exchange. The amount paid for the product will be refunded back to the same card that placed the order. Refunds may take up to 30days to be processed. 
To make an exchange the customer may send in their product to the address listed below along with the original packing slip, invoice, mailing address, and specification of which item to exchange with. Exchanges can be made with any product that is of equal or lesser price than the originally purchased product.
